- Working with basic information you provide, we develop a preliminary
assessment of opportunities, savings and costs.
- If the proposed services and projects meet your financial criteria,
we sign a formal agreement to proceed.
- We conduct due diligence and develop a detailed plan
of action.
- Once you see the operational and financial benefits we
can deliver, you accept the projects and sign a definitive agreement.
- We implement the energy solutions (as a turnkey project,
performance contract, or energy services agreement).
- You accept the project.
- We perform ongoing monitoring, maintenance, reporting,
and planning.
